The alignment view is what sold us. We can set quarterly growth targets at the company level and instantly see how each team's objectives tie back to them. Check-ins have replaced most of our status meetings. The AI OKR Generator was a nice surprise — it helped us write much stronger key results than what we were producing manually.
We use Devokr for our OKR-based performance evaluations. It's easy to use and friendly. Our manual workload in Excel has significantly decreased after using the system, and conducting evaluations digitally has been very well received by employees. The recent updates, such as the new dashboards, truly take the user experience to the next level.
I like how Devokr makes goal setting and progress tracking very clear and structured. It helps teams align around shared objectives and keeps everyone focused on measurable results. The interface is intuitive, which makes it easy to create OKRs and see how individual work contributes to larger company goals. It also encourages staying motivated and focused throughout the quarter.
Three core differences make this product truly stick to your team.
Instead of running a separate OKR tool plus a separate performance tool, OKR scores flow directly into evaluation. Consistent data, connected processes.
While using the software, you can optionally add our certified OKR coaching service. We review your existing system and clarify goal-setting and measurement criteria.
Self-hosted deployment available, suitable for regulated industries. Strong data sovereignty, enterprise-grade compliance, dedicated support.
We are ready to provide you support for improving your business with our experienced team members.

Read MoreOn contrary to traditional Performance Management System, goals are generally set quarterly. They are dynamic and transparent to all organization.
The interaction is not only from top to bottom but can be bidirectional from top to bottom and bottom to top.
The aim is not only achieving the goal but development.
It is not only focusing the year end tracking but yearlong tracking with constant feedback and development strategy.
OKR solutions are ideal for fast-growing companies that want to align teams around shared strategic goals. Whether you are a startup, scale-up, or enterprise, OKR software helps translate company vision into measurable outcomes. HR, product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams all benefit from increased transparency and focus.
Best practice recommends 3 to 5 Objectives per quarter at any level—company, team, or individual. Fewer, more focused Objectives drive better results than many scattered ones. Each Objective should be ambitious yet achievable within the quarter, supported by 3 to 4 measurable Key Results.
As it is a system and cultural transformation, it will require an analysis to understand the company culture and identify the company needs.
Company priorities need be defined first and announced to the organization. Then organization OKRs need to be set aligned with Company priorities. When you have the alignment, customize the OKRs and the software into your organization. Set quarterly check in meetings to track the progress with constant feedback and plan the yearlong activities. It is important to set simple but challenging OKRs that lead development.
KPIs are key performance indicators, consisting of numerical success criteria such as production volume, sales volume, and turnover rate.
OKRs provide the direction we need to take, the necessary strategy, and context. Goals indicate what you want to achieve, while key results demonstrate progress by providing metrics to help you get there. OKRs define where you want to be, not where you are now.
While KPIs are your organization's "key metrics," OKRs are the most important milestones for your future success.
It is recommended to set 3 to 4 Key Results per Objective. Keeping the number limited ensures focus and makes progress easier to track throughout the quarter. Setting too many Key Results dilutes attention and makes it harder to identify what truly drives success.
