OKR Coaching for Leadership Teams
Direct coaching for founders, the C-suite, or department heads. We work on company-level goal-setting, strategy-setting, and modelling the discipline downstream.
Traditional coaching ends with the training sessions. Ours doesn't. Our globally certified coaches turn methodology into daily practice, guiding your team directly through the platform they already use, and making sure the program is built and rolled out the way your organisation actually needs it.
As you move your goal and performance management onto Devokr, we run consulting and coaching alongside the software throughout the transformation, so methodology and platform land together rather than in sequence.
Our OKR coaches, part of the Devokr team, hold the OKR-BOK™ Certified Coach credential awarded by OKR International. It is the only globally recognised certification built on the OKR Body of Knowledge (OKR-BOK™), the most comprehensive framework for building deep OKR expertise and putting strategy execution into actual practice.
The patterns below are the ones we most often see in companies that reach out for coaching. If two or more sound familiar, coaching is likely what you need.
You set OKRs at the start of the quarter and forget them by week three. Weekly check-ins have quietly turned into status updates.
Teams pick safe Key Results they know they can hit. Stretch is gone; ambition has been optimised out of the practice.
Leadership isn't sure whether OKRs are working. Some teams seem engaged, others are quietly opting out, and the program is losing energy without anyone naming why.
Cross-team alignment broke somewhere in the cascade. Department OKRs roll up on paper, but in practice teams are pulling in different directions.
If you don't have an established goal system yet, coaching isn't the right starting point. Start with OKR Consulting to build the program from scratch.
Coaching adapts to the scope you need. Most engagements start narrow and widen once the first cycle proves out, but each format stands on its own.

Tailored coaching for an individual team that owns a strategic outcome: customizable for any team in your organization. The coach embeds with a weekly cadence through the cycle and stays close to drafting, scoring, and reflection.
When company strategy is clear but OKRs aren't connecting to it. Coaching cuts across the cascade (company, department, team) and fixes the broken hand-offs that make OKRs feel disconnected from the bigger picture.
The coach joins OKR drafting sessions, in-period check-ins, scoring reviews, and retros. Ideal for companies that design and run their entire year rather than treating OKR maturity as a single workshop.
A typical coaching engagement has four moving parts. The cadence flexes; the structure stays.
We listen to where your OKRs stand and decide together whether coaching is the right shape, or whether consulting or training fits better.
Week-one review of existing OKRs, cadence, and check-in rhythm. We bring to light where the practice is leaking energy and what to address first.
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are scheduled, tied to your check-in rhythm. OKR drafting, scoring reviews, and alignment fixes happen with live platform data on the screen.
A retro session is held at the end of the period. We discuss what worked, what to keep, and what to fix before the next period starts. Most clients renew at this point.
The combination of OKR-BOK™ certification, ICF-accredited coaching, and a platform our coaches helped build is hard to replicate anywhere else in the market.
Our coaches work directly inside the software you use; they are continuously by your side, drawing on real-time data rather than assumptions or periodic check-ins.
Consulting builds the OKR system from scratch: cadence, cascading, scoring, governance. Coaching strengthens an OKR practice that already exists. If you have never run an OKR cycle, start with OKR consulting. If you have run cycles but the program is losing energy, you want coaching.
We start with a 90-minute kickoff, then move to 45 to 60 minute sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence. Sessions cluster around period close, and outside of those peaks we optimize meeting traffic with platform-driven async status checks.
No. We coach at three levels: leadership teams setting company OKRs, individual teams owning a strategic outcome, and program owners (often the COO, Head of Strategy, or People Ops lead) who run the practice across the company. The format adapts to scope.
The process covers at least one full OKR cycle (typically 12 weeks). Most organizations renew after seeing the first results, and companies that treat OKR as a strategic investment commit to 6 to 12 month long-term coaching agreements.
30 minutes to see if we are the right fit. If we aren't, we will tell you, and point you to who is.
