Our Story

A next-generation approach to enterprise goal management

Devoks has a strong software foundation, having developed large-scale enterprise integrations, finance and retail systems, and mobile technologies since its founding. Through that experience we observed a common need across organizations: strategic goals were being defined, but they were not being integrated into operational workflows in a sustainable way.

Strategic plans often stayed in presentations, and performance reviews became periodic operations disconnected from the employee experience. Clarifying expectations, priorities and development areas between managers and teams required significant manual effort.

Devokr was built specifically to close this operational and strategic gap. By integrating OKR methodology into the dynamic working structure of modern organizations, we brought goal management, performance reviews, 360° feedback and continuous check-in processes together in a single platform.
